Thank you for choosing our custom wig services. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review our No Refund Policy for custom wigs:

  1. Custom Nature of the Product
    Each wig is uniquely crafted based on the customer’s specifications, including style, color, length, density, and cap size. As these are made-to-order items, they cannot be resold or repurposed for other clients.

  2. Non-Refundable Deposit
    A deposit is required to initiate the order process. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers materials and production time.

  3. Final Sale
    Once a custom wig is completed and delivered, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not permitted.

  4. Order Confirmation
    Customers are encouraged to review all specifications before placing an order. Any adjustments to the order must be requested prior to production and may incur additional charges.

  5. Quality Assurance
    We take pride in delivering high-quality wigs and will provide photos or updates upon request during production to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the handmade nature of custom wigs, slight variations in color or style may occur.

  6. Defects and Repairs
    If there is a manufacturing defect, we will assess the issue and offer repair services if deemed appropriate. This does not apply to damage caused by improper handling, wear, or maintenance by the customer.
